IPSD is a Palestinian Ministry of National Economy (MoNE) Project, and F4J is a Palestinian Ministry of Finance (MoF) Project, both funded by the World Bank and implemented by DAI.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent business dislocation that it has caused both locally and globally, IPSD and F4J launched a support program to address the need to provide financial and technical assistance to affected Palestinian startups, early-stage enterprises, and SMEs (COVID-19 Rapid Response Program).
Due to market need and immense interest in the program, IPSD and F4J, in coordination with the World Bank, have elected to extend the deadline for applications until Tuesday, 30.June.2020 at 11:59pm.
To further clarify, the program will support selected businesses (number of full-time employees must be less than 30, and annual revenues for previous years not exceeding USD 1,500,000, with no minimum requirement regarding number of employees or turnover for startups or SMEs) through financial and non-financial technical assistance.
