Inggez raises six-figure investment for its on-demand fitness platform, expands to Egypt

F4J project has been supporting startups -through the EEMG component- to improve their readiness and capacity to absorb funding from investment vehicles. During the last months, F4J has been supporting Inggez in its outreach activities. Inggez launched their operations in Palestine in July 2018, as they got their first round of investment in February 2019 from Ibtikar fund. During November 2019 Inggez launched their operations in Cairo. Inggez have been growing in the Palestinian market and validated their product, as soon as they got the investment, the team started working on their regional expansion plans, and at the same time are continuing with product development and enhancements.

F4J Business Development Services (BDS) support is helping the Ramallah-based startup hire experts and conduct business development activities to achieve their growth goals which was one of them its expansion to Egypt where they have just soft-launched their app (starting with Cairo).

Inggez Startup:

Inggez is a startup that allows users to access gyms and fitness studios (classes), through its mobile app without committing to a long-term membership of a gym. The users instead have to purchase Inggez credits that they can use to access all the gyms and fitness studios on their network.
